Favourable early spring rains promoted strong vine growth and a healthy canopy, providing excellent protection for the fruit during the warm, dry summer months. Harvested in mid-March at 13.5° Baumé, the grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness, purity and varietal character.
