A mild spring and healthy canopy development provided ideal protection for the fruit throughout the warm summer months, resulting in beautifully ripened grapes with excellent flavour concentration. Harvested in early February at 11.9° Baumé, the fruit was gently fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve its vibrant varietal character.
